It is widely used for heating, curing, drying and dehydrating of materials and products in such industries as medicine, chemical industry, food, light industry, heavy industry, etc, for example: pharmaceutical materials, crude drugs, sliced herbal medicines,powders, granules, medicinal granules, small and large honeyed pill packaging bottles, pigments, dyes, dehydrated vegetables, dried fruits, sausages, plastic resins, electrical components, baking finishes,etc

Features

• Most hot air circulates in the oven with high efficiency and energy saving.
• Forced ventilation is utilized. The oven is provided with the adjustable air distribution board to realize even material drying.
• The heat source can be steam, heat transfer oil hot water, electricity, infrared ray, etc.
• The machine is featured by Iow noise, balanced running,automatic temperature control and convenient installation and maintenance.

• The heating source includes steam, electricity, infrared ray, and dual use of steam and electricity.
• Working temperature: steam heating 50-140℃, maximum 150℃.
• Working temperature is 50-500℃ if electricity or infrared ray is adopted.
• Automatic control system and computer control system are available for selection by users.
• Common steam pressure is 0.02-0.8Mpa(0.2-8kg/cra2 ).
• For electric heating, 15KW if calculated according to I type,actual 5-8kw/h.
• Please indicate any special requirements when placing orders
• The price of nonstandard ovens is negotiable.
• Please indicate if the working temperature is more than 140℃ or less than 60℃ when placing orders.
• The drying carts and drying discs have uniform dimensions at delivery and are interchangeable
• Drying disc dimensions: 460 x 640 x 45(mm).
